maccafe sounds like a useful newsreader but i'm not a mac user;
your website links to an extensive list of popular newsreaders,
which seems to include everything except for "xananews", which
is also a fine newsreader (i prefer 40tude dialog with scoring)
"xananews" is particularly handy for one-click newsgroup stats:
