volume 2 - Dark Knights of Steel

Hi fellow fans of the DC nonsense.
Title: Dark knights of steel. Vol. 2 / writers, Tom Taylor, Jay Kristoff,

i did not read volume i of this story where the heroes are
recast slightly into a world of kingdoms of Amazons, polar jarls.
and the Wayne's Kingdom which has been taken over by the
El family.
All are set at war when assassins of the shape-changing
white Martians who having ruined their planet come to the Earth
to dominate the native people but their intervention is revealed
by J'on J'onz who has been hiding as Alfred a trusted advisor
of the Els and Waynes. The last survivor of the green race of
Mars and a shape changer himself.
As many of the heroes and villains as you might desire
are covered in these pages.
Lots of treachery both White Martian inspired and
natively present.
I will not read the Volume 1 of this story as I find it
grating to my sensibilities of this whole epic and I say
this despite excellent art and so forth.
As always I found this at the San Francisco Public
Library as I never would have paid $33.99 for a book
like this.
