Apparently it was for who had to do the cooldown hug. Which

OK, I'm seeing 1 finger, 0 fingers, 2 fingers plus one thumb
If the thumb counts, then the one in the middle is "it", being the
only "even".
If the thumb does not count, then the guy in the blue shirt is "it",
being the only "odd".
But it turns out that the guy who agrees with one of the others
whether his thumb counts or not is "it".
But perhaps I need clarification on how "odds and evens" actually
works.
