The origin story of the Doctor is that he is a Time Lord that left his home planet Gallifrey in a stolen TARDIS along with his granddaughter Susan in order to explore the universe because his people had isolated themselves from everyone. There is nothing that comes before that other than the Doctor being born on Gallifrey, walking arccos the Gallifreyan grassland with his biological father, his mother being human, and him being sent to boarding school where he lived in a barn and had a toy soldier.
There is absolutely NOTHING that came before that.
Clara saw all of the Doctor's past incarnation when she entered the Space-Time Vortex and there were only 11 previous incarnations of the Doctor including John Hurt.
Matt Smith erased all of his previous incarnations from history so he would have known that there was no one before Hartnell and he would not lie about that to Clara.

Everything that we are shown in The Timeless Children and the finale of Flux demonstrates that the mission of Tekteun and the Timeless Child child monster was to commit crimes against humanity on an intergalactic scale and ultimately destroy all life in this universe so that they could proceed to destroy all life in the other universe.
We see Jo Martin running away from the Timeless Child's crimes, being captured, and then after having her memory erased being turned into a white baby boy which is supposed to be William Hartnell. We also see Jodie Whittaker refused to take responsibility for the Timeless Child's crimes.

systematically subjected to heinous experimentation by Tecteun that leads

this way. It's implied that Rassilon sets an artificial limit of 12 on
regenerations for the Timelords as a limit on their tremendous power. But
none of this is the responsibility or fault of the Doctor, and it's
sketched out in almost zero detail.

It's all pure fan fiction. The ending of The Five Doctors shows that Rassilon NEVER possessed the ability to regenerate. Regeneration was invented after Rassilon was dead and entombed in his tower. Regeneration as we are shown in The Deadly Assassin and the TVM, as well as the origin story of River Song stems from the Eye of Harmony and the Space-Time Vortex.

The Doctor was not an orphan. He knew his father and he remembers walking with him in the Gallifreyan countryside.
The Timeless Child monster totally destroys Matt Smith's entire story arc where we are shown there are only 11 Doctors plus the War Doctor. The Timeless Child monster also totally destroys the entirety of Doctor Who. There were no incarnations before William Hartnell. The Timeless Child monster is degenerate fan fic.
