"Coronation Street" is probably the only [other] major show on
UK television still being aired from when I was ten. I wonder,
do their fans still watch every week and bemoan the fact that
the Rovers Return ain't what it used to be - as there's too much
non-alcoholic beer on sale, or the show should be cancelled as
there's Asians running the corner shop, or claim the show
finished when Hilda Ogden left, and are there people out there
that want to see Deirdre Barlow shagging Mike Baldwin retconned?
Yeah, don't like it... just switch it off and live your life...
it's only a TV show at the end of the day. Things change. That's
life.
