of silliness... I think Poppy being Susan's Mother, and by
definition the Doctor's daughter, would have been a very bad
idea. Of course, RTD might have seen it as jolly good fun simply
because it would upset the longtime fans... and I get the
feeling that's why he does a lot of things. He makes the show
for himself, nobody else.

 Mind you at the start of the Season , Belinda was single.
