The 10th Doctor episode “Fear Her” has been temporarily
removed from the iPlayer catalogue of episodes. But oddly, not
because is a strong contender for the most shit Tennant
episode.

If only!

Imagine how the McCoy era on the iPlayer would look if that was
the reason to remove episodes! :-)

No, rather it is because disgraced paedophile news anchor Huw
Edwards had a cameo in the episode. Sources are suggesting
that RTD is re-editing the footage, using a substitute actor,
to replace the news scenes and re-dub the voice overs that
Edwards provided.

That sounds easy enough anyway... any newsreader will do for the
purpose as it's such a small role.

How do we know that the BBC newsreader the pervert is replaced with
isn't a pervert too? The only way to be safe given the BBC's reputation
is to reconstruct the scenes and voice over using AI.

And the choice of newsreader would be?

He's dead so no nasty surprises.
He was alive at the time so plausible.
He was the voice of the BBC Micro so easy enough to recreate
the words without using that nasty AI stuff - as long as you
don't mind him sounding like a BBC Micro.
