It wasn't put into a time-loop so this destruction can easily be undone.
This proves that the Timeless Child monster and everything connected with it is a hallucination by Capaldi in his last milliseconds of life.

However, I am sure that if an Executive Producer of Doctor Who
needs to change that to suit a future storyline, they will.
 It will be interesting to see who Anita Dobson's character in
S2/S15 actually is and where she's from, as it seems likely that

No one cares.

"Mrs Flood" is a female Time Lord. (My assumption is based on
her knowing what a TARDIS was.) Maybe she was off-planet when
Gallifrey was destroyed, or we may get some timey-wimey answer
that is was only kind-of destroyed and working together herself
and the Doctor can get it back, or something... who knows? But
in Doctor Who, like in comics, things don't always stay dead...
even planets!
