that means everyone with a TV has to pay the BBC money each year
regardless of whether they watch a BBC channel or not...
 In regards to sport, the BBC can barely afford to show the top
sports live anymore as they squander a lot of their money on big
name presenters and bureaucracy.
 

Blueshirt, as you don't actually live on Britain (or even the U.K.!!), YOU don't actually pay the BBC money each year, do you??
