Yes.
 
There was an unaired pilot version of An Unearthly Child, with
some small differences from the canon version.
 

If it was 'unaired', how do 'we' know it exists/exited?

It eventually aired in the nineties as part of a celebration of
Lime Grove studios, and it was included in the Doctor Who: The
Early Years VHS, and as an extra on the An Unearthly Child DVD.
