twelve on the Doctor's regenerations, as he saw it mentioned in
an episode of Doctor Who nearly half a century ago! Telling him
there's a 14th or 15th Doctor will have him frothing at the
mouth...

He was given a new cycle of regenerations by the Time Lords at the end of The Time of the Doctor, and then he died outright after being show by the Cybermen in The Doctor Falls in 2017 when Doctor Who ended.

 He's probably not even recovered from the bi-generation stuff
yet!

See what I mean. Doctor Who is not a fucking Roadrunner or Bugs Bunny cartoon where a character is pulled apart by the arms into two copies of himself and an object is hit with a circus mallet and doubles itself. This is not Doctor Who or any credible science fiction series. Doctor Who ended in 2017.
