It's still BARB and they are for the UK only.
 
Disney haven't released any official streaming figures for
the worldwide territories where they stream Doctor Who on
Disney+.
 

Hmm! So might it be the British Whovians (with Disney+) have
deserted the BBC, so deflating the BARB figures .... but,
eventually, inflating the Disney+ figures??

 
No, as Doctor Who is not streamed on Disney+ in the UK. It is
transmitted on BBC1 and streamed on the BBC iPlayer. So a
Disney+ subscriber in the UK (& Ireland) does not get to see
Doctor Who as a featured show at the top of the Disney+ home
page.
 

But a British viewer who ALSO has Disney+ would still be able to view
'Doctor Who' on Disney+ if they so wanted to, surely!! (Maybe they'd
think Disney+ had a better quality Picture/Sound, or some such!!)
 
So then would have no need to watch 'Doctor Who' on BBC.
