I don't remember. But yes, it was the first time those things turned up.

2. When Sally finds out about The Doctor answering her questions, she
is told that there are messages on seventeen DVDs all up. Do we ever
find out if the 'Easter Eggs' on the other sixteen DVDs is exactly
the same .... or do we just assume so, else they might have been used
as the basis for sixteen other stories (sort of one 'Lost DVDs'
stories a season!!)??

I'm pretty sure the guy who had them running in that back room said it's 
always the same. And of course it was only those 17 DVDs because that 
were the ones the girl owned. So the message on them all was directed at 
her.
