 Those were fallacies which are not considered to be canon just like the moon hatching into a dragon which flies off into the vacuum of space. Time Lords cannot change gender. If a female Time Lord was pregnant and she regenerated into a man, how could the foetus survive?

If the Mass of a 6ft+ Doctor can be redistributed into a 5ft 8inch'ish Doctor, why couldn't a Doctors 40inch waist be redistributed into a Doctors 32inch waist??

before...

 The ratings of the show totally collapsed immediately after the Master was turned into a woman. The majority of viewers turned off because of the unbelievable bad writing.
