 He gets them from his nntp server. The stats Dave posts to
newsgroups are what has gone through the NotKnow server. So any
posts filtered at server level will not show up...

I thought he had been posting Stats from elsewhere .... or was that someone else? (Looking slyly in the direction of Blueshirt!!)

If I used my newsreader to compile the monthly RADW stats from
Eweka, they would be a bit different to Dave's stats as Eweak do
not filter out Idlehands... or anything much actually! Whilst
your stats list would be [slightly] different again if you did
the same through eternal-september, as they filter out people
like Nomen Nescio at server level.
 

I thought I hadn't been seeing Nomen's posts cause I put a server-wide filter in place ... but, maybe, that was for a former UseNet Provider.
