Neither! As the regeneration didn't happen that way. Peter
Capaldi's Doctor became Jodie Whittaker's Doctor. Trying to
revise history cannot change that fact.
If fans want to waste their time on that sort of thing that's
fine. Doctor Who fans can be very creative... and it is kind
of amusing. However, that is not how "Twice Upon a Time"
ended. So I am happy with the official version.
