Eleventh Doctor, I think. So the suggestion was there WITH-IN Aggy's 'Doctor Who ended in 2017' time frame. Even before The Master became Missy!!

 Nothing like that happened while the 11th Doctor was around.

Was it, maybe, with-in the 10th Doctors reign .... or the 12th Doctors reign that such a transition/regeneration occurred??
