It's fact. Can you seriously believe that the Doctor bi-generated? And not only that but the TARDIS as well, after being clubbed with a circus mallet? How much more ridiculous can
you get? Um... well, apart from Kill the Moon and Isaac Newton being Indian?
... but WE *MUST* all believe that a machine called A TARDIS can easily move through Time and Space!!
The TARDIS was established from the very first episode using the process of world building to reveal its powers and abilities to the viewer in a believable manner. Susan was shown as knowing more advanced science and mathematics than her teachers. The Doctor was established as being otherworldly. In contrast Kill the Moon contradicts basic science that every schoolchild knows, from the very
start, by showing people gaining weight in free fall
"free fall" implys that the body IS being GRAVITATIONALLY ATTRACTED so
DOES have Weight. Not as much as when on the Earth .... or on the Shell
Moon, but still, some weight!!
when the scientific facts are that you are weightless.
... but being attracted somewhere!!
Then it comes up with the bullshit space dragon.
The TARDIS can
NOT
be believed since An Unearthly Child doesn't revolve around it
except in T.V.land
. The bullshit space dragon cannot since Kill the Moon is all about it but tells you nothing about how it breaks the laws of gravity and
conservation of energy and mass.
But The TARDIS *IS* believable!!
The episode didn't even understand that when one half of the globe
is in night the other half is in daylight when it came up with the stupidity of turning the lights on and off to vote.
