All The Doctors that I've seen have been White .... and I don't recall ANY of them changing their Skin Colour.
Technically, I have seen one or two of them turn red when embarassed, and possibly even green when feeling sick. ;-)
Maybe DoctorNcuti has that ability .... but I wouldn't know!! ;-P
