Correct! Who ever suggested she was?? But it might be that she was Conceived with-in The TARDIS .... whilst with-in The Timestream, maybe .... so has/had some TimeLord capabilities!!

2) The fact that the current Doctor has a different skin colour
to the ones you list (Doctor Who fans love lists don't they?)
clearly means your point is irrelevant.

I haven't seen him (??) .... so, therefore, He doesn't exist.
