Yes Dave we know, but assuming that Chris Chibnall would have
produced exactly the same scripts with a male 13th Doctor, would

For me, it was the writing and ideas of that era that were the
bigger problem. The buck stops at the showrunner.

IF Whittaker were responsible .... how come she has, apparently, moved on to a new series??
That wouldn't be anything new. There are lots of business managers who bankrupted the company, still got given a huge exit package (because their contract said they had to be paid), and then moved on to running another company.
