It's delusional Dave. Retconning the 13th Doctor would not do
much for "Doctor Who" going forward unless their were big
changes within the BBC and television producing communities.
TV shows need to get back to focusing on the stories and not
turn everything in to a soap opera style drama with virtue
signalling messaging and casting.

Yes Dave, it is. But it is based on watching more than one TV
show. Wiping out the 13th Doctor from "Doctor Who" lore wouldn't
change the way the BBC, it's executives and show producers do
things.
