 Some people would say nobody watches "Doctor Who" on Disney+ and
those that do only watch it for two minutes before switching it
off to protect themselves from being sexually groomed... so if
that is a correct assessment, then "Doctor Who" doesn't have
that many viewers in those minor Pacific island groups anyway!
 I'd like to think the show did have some appeal in that part of
the world though...

The minor Pacific island groups are too busy filling up sandbags to protect against rising sea levels to bother watching TV, let alone have the money to pay an ever-increasing Disney+ subscription.  :-p
