 Well... if there were eleven actors on stage and ten characters
were killed in the play, would that not mean the survivor done
it? ;-)

... but THE ONLY TIME we saw this eleventh character was at the final Bow .... and he was 'dressed down' (i.e. singlet and pants) whereas the other Ten actors were still in their costumes!!
I don't know!!

Of course, that isn't the actual answer ... but I won't spoil it
for you. Go back and watch it again... or wait until ABC show
the recent BBC adaptation.
