That was the ITV bastard-adaptation of a non-Marple novel from
twenty years ago. That wasn't the "Towards Zero" that the BBC
recently showed.
That ITV adaptation was a bit more enjoyable though... even with
Miss Marple thrown in to the mix.

Christie IS credited as one of the writers!! ;-P
That looks like a French adaptation.
The "Towards Zero" novel does not feature Miss Marple,
Superintendent Battle is the sleuth in the story. So that French
one looks more faithful than the Geraldine McEwan Miss Marple
version.
