42 was the worse episode by a mile.

 The Sontaran Stratagem
 

Specials) Planet of the Dead

 The Next Doctor (Giant Cyberman!)
 

Series 5) Amy's Choice

 Tough one, but I have to go with Victory of the Daleks, simply
because of those hump-backed monstrosities.
 

Series 6) Closing Time

 Curse of the Black Spot
 

That would have been second.

Series 7) The Doctor, the Widow and the Wardrobe

 The Power of Three
 

That would have been second.

Specials)  The Time of the Doctor

That would have been second. Kill the Moon was the worst by a mile though.

Series 10) The Pilot

 The Battle of Ranskoor Av Kolos
 

That was Whittaker. Doctor Who ended in 2017

And that's where Doctor Who ends.

 Series 11 - The Tsuranga Conundrum
 Series 12 - Orphan 55
 Series 13 - The Vanquishers (Flux Chapter 6)
 Tennant Specials - Wild Blue Yonder
 Series 14 - Space Babies
 

None of those are episodes of Doctor Who. All of them were so bad it's virtually impossible to pick the worst.
