I'm happy to go with the BBC's definition, as they are
ultimately responsible for Doctor Who.
That's the same BBC that you love so much you pirate their
programmes via some dodgy Canadian IPTV provider.
So Doctor Who returns to BBC1 and the iPlayer on Saturday 12th
April. And everyone knows you will be watching it...
Doctor Who isn't returning in April or at any time in the near future. It ended in 2017.
