 Hot Cross Buns were on supermarket shelves here in New Zealand on Boxing Day / 26 December.  :-\  There are numerous different types of them these days, but a recent radio station poll resulted in 70% of voters choosing the traditional version as the best.
  This week here there is Good Friday holiday, followed by Easter Monday holiday, followed by ANZAC Day holiday next Friday (25 April).

Yeap!! Same Same here!!
Here in Victoria, the schools had their term break from Saturday, 5th April to Monday, 21st April (inclusive) then go back to school for three days (Tues, Wed, Thurs) then have a three day weekend, 25th, 26th and 27th!!
How many (families) do you think might just wrap it all up into one continuous three week break??
