 There won't be a new showrunner. The series is completely dead. It died the moment Davies turned the Doctor gay and used the show to sexually groom and indoctrinate children and lecture 4 and 5 yearolds about being involuntarily celibate.
 The BBC has shown that it has no moral decency whatsoever.
