I may not like the idea of the 'Fugitive Doctor' either but I
can't unsee her, so she's part of Doctor Who lore now whether we
like it or not!
Just occurred to me .... Isn't DoctorBill (and all the others), effectively, a "Fugitive Doctor' .... in that he/they pinched a TARDIS and ran away from Gualifrey??
