We don't see Daleks going around chanting "Workers
of the world, unite!" and "From Each According to His

But you did hear Nazis saying that at all of the rallies, because they were Socialists by name and Socialists by nature. The entirety of Mein Kampf has Hitler telling everyone how oppressed he was as a child by being denied a place at the Vienna Academy of Fine Arts and how the conquering powers, big business, and the rich, especially the Jews, oppressed Germany and the Germans.
