Hartnell was also before my time. There are faults with all eras
of the show but generally my main complaints would be more on
the quality of the scripts. The Doctor isn't usually the issue
as the actors playing the part can only read the scripts they
are given.

Who marginalises the Doctor in favour of the companion's
'story'... for me, in an 8 x 45 min season the seasons are too
short now to spend too much time on the companion and how
important they are, the show is about the Doctor... he needs to
be front and centre.

The problem is that fact that all the 45 minutes is filled up with systematically attacking the audience and promoting the same sick, disgusting, and degenerate woke message over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over again in order to sexually groom children. There's no coherent story or plot whatsoever because it would distract from the message. It's like a pervert giving sweets to a child it has never met before in order to entice it. The woke retard Russell T Davies is behaving like the witch in Hansel and Gretel.
