They can do it in 15 seconds in the opening scene. Clara
wakes up from a bad dream and Peter Capaldi walks out of
the shower. Even better still they can also undo the
female Master by having Danny Pink walk out of the
shower and Peter Capaldi is in the downstairs too
looking after their son Orson.
Interesting that Aggy thinks of a female Master as something
else to fix. Looks like he’s accidentally giving away his
real problems modern Doctor Who there.
Time Lords cannot regenerate into different genders otherwise
if they were pregnant it would kill the foetus or there would
be no way for it to be born, which would also result in its
death.

You say "cannot" but the TV show says otherwise, as it's
happened and been seen to happen on-screen... so the TV show
takes priority over your opinion. So, there's no such thing as
cannot when IT DID!!!
Aggie has no imagination. He cannot get his head around the notion that Time Lords are not human, so
the idea that they might have different solutions for biological conundrums
from being restricted to human concerns is beyond him. It shows in other ways too: he can't get over the notion that the Doctor is
not the actor - for instance when he insists that Nigerians would not
accept the Doctor alas one of their own because Ncuti is a Scotsman of
Rwandan roots.
He can't accept changes to the lore of Who because he can't get his head
round simple facts of life - for instance when he says that the Timeless
Child can't be right because Clara saw all the Doctors in Name of the
Doctor and there were no pre Hartnell ones. Well, of course there weren't: they hadn't been filmed or conceived of yet.
Clara didn't record any future Doctors either - not even Capaldi, and he'd
already been cast! But no other future Doctors, because they weren't yet
filmed or conceived of. Aggie really has no business criticising science fiction and fantasy - and
Doctor Who is fantasy and has been in part for 60 years - when he can't
step beyond mundane barriers like thinking aliens aren't human, or
characters are not their actors, or that TV shows can't take account of
twists and turns that haven't been written yet.
