Could it be that Aggy doesn't really mean 'toss' but that he could be suggesting people (i.e. Him!!) weren't 'tossing off' over 'Doctor Who' any more.
Having a Female Doctor followed by an African Doctor might have given Aggy nothing to 'toss off' about!! ;-P
