I didn't see Blueshirt making a post about this episode, so I
have to make my own to comment, rather than reply to his.
It's there... somewhere. Although it was more a rant about RTD's
writing than a proper review. It served the same purpose though.
Spoilers.

So, weird stuff, exciting stuff, weird exciting stuff.
Exciting weird stuff? What's going on?
I doubt anyone knew what was going on... just when I thought I
had a grasp of it, off it went in another direction.
Hello Anita! Nice to see you again. :)
Please hold the door open for me. Thanks.
Underverse? Like with the Necromongers in a Riddick movie?
I got "Stranger Things" vibes from it.
Timelords infertile? How did that happen? What episode(s) do I
have to rewatch?
This one! RTD just made it up.
I think the new Rani fit the part better than Mrs Flood.
She fitted into Omega's mouth better anyway... he didn't fancy
the old woman version, too chewy... he wanted tender meat.
Was Poppy always Belinda's daughter, or did he just make that
real then?
Who knows? Oh hang on, I know someone who might...

Ask him.
Hello Madam Doctor! Nice to see you again. :)
And the nay-sayers back in 2023 thought RTD would retcon her!
He didn't just double-down, he tripled down on it!
Jodie's Doctor was completely unnecessary to the story though.
She was just another season finale gimmick. (Another egg in the
pudding.)
Regeneration... I know that face... I know that face... Rose!
Oh, wow! Funny. :) Maybe her companion will be Doctor 14!
If I was a betting man I would put twenty quid on David Tennant
being involved in the next series of Doctor Who (whenever that
is) in some form or another.
Where was Susan?
Who? If Time Lords can't have children they can't have
grand-children! So she can't exist, can she? ;-)
The correct answer though is... she was lost in the void
behind the monitor in the TARDIS.
