Doctor Who is already dead with 4 stakes through it's hearts, Jodie Whittaker, Ncuti Gatwa, Billy Piper, and the biggest on of all, The Timeless Child Monster.
The only way Doctor Who can come back is for all of these stakes to be complete removed and that means a complete reset to before these stakes impaled Doctor Who to begin with.
