Well, RTD has already brought back The 10th Doctor, Donna, The
Toymaker, Sutekh, The Rani, Omega, Susan, The 13th Doctor and
Rose Tyler... of course the Master is going to be next on his
list.  <rolls eyes>
 

Or he could actually be bringing back BOSS from The Green Death.
(Except now BOSS is the god of computers and looks like a CGI
giant lizard.)
