If Moffat is writing a Christmas Special I can imagine a sort of
reboot of  the Curse of Fatal Death being canonised, where lots of
names fans have  been kicking around the Internet get to be the
Doctor for 5 minutes each  before someone nobody thought of or wanted
gets the part. Cue Richard E  Grant, Lydia West, Rowan Atkinson, Hugh
Grant, Idris Elba, Gillian  Anderson, Whoopi Goldberg, Kris Marshall,
David Tennant AGAIN!, Paul  McGann, Keeley Hawes etc for moments each
as the Doctor alongside Billie  ...

You really don't want her to be the next Doctor, do you? :)
