 I suspect that they might do a Romana type regeneration, where she
gets several tries at different bodies before settling on the actual
actor/actress who is eventually cast.
 

So, maybe, a whole series with a different Doctor each episode .... I mean now that 'we' are not limited to just twelve regenerations. ;-P
