I guess that depends on where you live, as well as whther or not it is part ofr Disney+'s international distribution agreement.
Here in New Zealand Cbeebies is available as one of the Sky TV channels in the standard scription. The regular free-to-air networks also have shows from the BBC, although no longer Doctor Who of course.
