I guess that depends on where you live, as well as whther
or not it is part ofr Disney+'s international distribution
agreement.
I can't believe grown adults who don't watch "Doctor Who" and
haven't done so for a few years would sit and watch a pre-school
animated children's series because it's a "Doctor Who" spin-off
and free-to-air...

The kids' shows are usually far better than the shows made for adults. Besides which, despite some people's claims, Doctor Who is actually a kids' show - always has been, always will be - albeit older than the Cbeebies audience.
