It's a weird idea. Somebody at the BBC has lost the plot.
Joking apart, what sort of monsters and aliens would we get
in a series aimed at under-fives?!

"under-fives"?? Ah!! Come on, now. Sans anything else, we'll all be
watching it, won't we?? (Well, assuming it's on Free-to-Air T.V.!)

I guess that depends on where you live, as well as whther or not it is
part ofr Disney+'s international distribution agreement.

Here in New Zealand Cbeebies is available as one of the Sky TV channels
in the standard scription. The regular free-to-air networks also have
shows from the BBC, although no longer Doctor Who of course.

It would be NZCTV or TVCNZ to start with.

WHY would it be, Binky??
It wouldn't be either of those. NZCTV is New Zealand Cricket's YouTube channel and TVCNZ is some sort of second-hand vintage clothes seller.
Don't mention the Cricket to me .... South Africa having just beaten/thrashed/slaughtered Australia in the Cricket World Test Championships!!
