 A gender-changing Time-Lord that has never been seen on-screen.
The Eleventh Doctor mentioned him/her so that would generally be
the 'issue' certain types would have with the character.
 The Corsair has been seen in the "Doctor Who" comic strips, but
as they were 13th Doctor stories they don't count for those
types of fans either, as we all know a Doctor with tits is
blasphemy!

Hang on!! Just about EVERYONE has tits .... just some protrude more than others.
I would have though the presence/absence of Testicles/Ovaries might be a better indication. ;-P
