item(s) are usually the type of people that don't usually buy
them anyway!

It's virtue signalling in a way... Hey! Look at me I am refusing
to buy a Doctor Who Blu-ray* as I object to the Timeless
child... that'll show 'em. Fuck you BBC. You ain't getting my
money. But in reality, they have never bought a Doctor Who
Blu-ray* anyway!

It's just self-importance, all for show... and nobody here
actually cares.
