As previously noted, various sites (including Wikipedia) list the
minimum *known* age of his partners as 14, 15, 16, and 17.
One has to take them into account.
While no one can *prove* beyond a reasonable doubt that Ginsberg was
sodomizing 14-year old boys, there is still a preponderance of evidence
to make one believe that he has.  IOW: We might not have been able to
send him to prison, but his condemnation via public opinion is well
deserved.
