There's no "new evidence," Donkey.  The man is long dead, and nobody is
taking a corpse to court.

that purports to *defend* Ginsberg against pedophilia charges, yet still
contains the following:
"Ginsberg himself admitted to sleeping with people aged sixteen to
eighteen in a defence of his NAMBLA position,[xxxviii] and in a 1995
interview with George Petros, he said “I’ve never made it with anyone
under fifteen.”[xxxix]"
And, again, this is from a PRO-Ginsberg source.
Here's an excerpt from a "new" (2024) article that appears at

posthumous reputation, Ginsberg never even really tried to hide the fact
that he was attracted to underage boys and that he acted out this
attraction on a regular basis, though his fans have engaged themselves
