Nor did you post on aapc, for almost a year, after Google shut down. You
returned at the end of January, after you'd learned how to post at
NovaBBS, and your NastyGoon followed you here about two weeks later. She only returned because George Dance falsely accused her of>
plagiarism.
If you mean that NastyGoon returned after someone falsely told her that
I'd accused them of plagiarism, that's correct. (Since you're the only
one who was spreading that story here on aapc, presumably that someone
is you.)
>When someone libels you in a public forum, you have the right to>
challenge them.
Indeed; and after you've been told, by the person who's supposed to have
libeled you, that they hadn't said that, you'd normally drop it rather
than repeating the false allegation of libel; not help spread it.
>George Dance also brought me back to AAPC after a year's absence, by>
making libelous statements against me as well.
Now this is new. Just what where the libelous stories that you claim I
was making against you in February? I don't recall talking about you at
all.
>As previously noted: George Dance has been using Usenet groups to libel>
those he's fought with in the past.
I think you mean "previously" claimed that which is true for the"libel" of NastyGoon, which we've seen didn't happen. As for thealleged"libel" or "libels" of you, those haven't beeninvestigated, since(despite what you just implied) you haven't mentioned those previously.>
Would you mind explaining what you're talking about?
>We can't press charges, because Mr.>
Dance lives in Canada (while we live in the U.S.)
Actually, neither of you can press charges because you're both anonymous
troll. First, you can't press charges without using your real names and
blowing your cover; and neither of you want to do that. Second, you'd
have to try to convince a judge that what I've written about anonymous
trolls on Usenet somehow impacts your personal life; that is, that
people who read what I've written about two anonymous accounts would
somehow connect it with the real people posting as them; which no one
has or would do.

he be stopped from using this forum as a platform for launching such
attacks.

ATTN Retro Guy: Please ban George Dance from rec.arts.poems,
alt.arts.poetry.comments, and alt.arts.poetry as he is using these
platforms to falsely accuse others of plagiarism.
So not only are you repeating your falsely allegation that I accused
your NastyGoon colleague of plagiarism, but you're now also alleging
that I've also accused you of plagiarism sometime before you resumed
posting on aapc. That's news to me, so again I'll ask you: Would you
care to explain what you're talking about?

If Harry Lime would read more carefully he'd see that you didn't accuse
anyone
of plagiarism but noted the similar lines of poetry and mentioned what
someone
else might call it.

Either way, Harry sure is in a tizzy over it.
I'm too greatly angered by George Dance
