For me that was the 1960s, but I don't consider that the best decade. For me that would have to be the 1970s. And though William Hartnell was my first Doctor, I consider Tom Baker's Doctor the best. Colin Baker's was the worst - through no fault of his own, it was just that the way the series chose to develop his character was misguided IMO.
