Under case law, that clause would be invalid, since the descendants would have had to been "objectively identifiable" at the time of grant.
But who knows how the Florida Supreme Court will rule?
I think it meant the "existing descendents", but who knows? And with sperm donations, a more inclusive reading could end up being indefinite.
