That was a rather silly 1989 "comedy" movie starring John Travolta and Kirstie Alley, and a baby voiced by Bruce Willis. ;-)
It was followed by two sequel movies, with each one getting sillier. There was rumours of a fourth movie, but Kirstie Alley died in 2022, so there is now a reboot version in the planning instead.
